If we later offer accounts or GitHub-based authentication, you will be responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for activity that occurs through your connected access.

You agree not to use PullMatch to violate repository permissions, intellectual property rights, or the terms of any third-party platform you connect.

Waitlist access does not guarantee an invitation, feature availability, or any specific launch date.

Features described on the landing page are directional product information and may change before release.

The site, branding, copy, designs, and software related to PullMatch are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, revocable right to use the site for personal or internal business evaluation purposes only.

The site and any pre-release product materials are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, PullMatch will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on pre-release information.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of the site after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms.
