PullMatchTerms

Legal

Privacy policy for the waitlist era.

This page explains what PullMatch collects today, what we expect to collect once account features launch, and how we handle that information.

Effective date: March 1, 2025

What We Collect

Right now PullMatch is in a waitlist stage. If you join, we collect the information you submit to us, such as your email address and any optional notes you provide.

If we add GitHub sign-in, we expect to collect basic account details needed to authenticate you and connect repositories, such as your GitHub username, account ID, and authorized access tokens.

How We Use Information

We use waitlist details to contact you about product access, updates, launches, and service-related notices.

If GitHub OAuth is introduced, we will use that information to power core product features like repository connection, pull request review flows, and account security.

Analytics And Tracking

We may add privacy-conscious analytics tools to understand site traffic, improve onboarding, and measure interest in the product.

If analytics are enabled, this policy will be updated to describe the categories of usage data collected, the providers involved, and any choices available to you.

Sharing And Retention

We do not sell personal information. We may share data with service providers that help us run the website, email communication, hosting, security, or future authentication infrastructure.

We keep information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purposes described here, or to comply with legal obligations.

Your Choices

You can ask us to update or delete your waitlist information at any time. Marketing emails will include an unsubscribe option when applicable.

Questions or requests can be sent to hello@pullmatch.com.
